Wedding Table Arrangement

Full Package

  • Access to the property from  on Friday morning to Sunday evening

Intimate Package
 

  • $2300

  • Access to the property from Saturday morning to Sunday

  • Overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests

  • Reception for up to 40 

  • Full kitchen for caterer

  • Use of indoor tables/chairs 

  • Interchangeable living room furniture

  • Fire Pit

  • Perfect for micro-weddings

Showers, Parties, Corporate Events

Half Day Rental up to 4 hours - $450

Full Day Rental up to 8 hours - $650

Half Day Rental (M - TH) up to 4 hours - $275

Things to Know

  • Completely customizable with your own tent, caterer, photographer, florists, DJ’s, etc.

  • Event planners are not provided, but are recommended.

  • Purchase and provide your own alcohol (licensed bartender required)

  • No outdoor music after 10PM per township ordinance

  • Event must end by 11PM

  • Special event insurance will be required.
